Each bundle contains 4 bags of Gigli and 4 bags of Spaghetti (1 lb each, 8 lbs total). Seligo's unique Artisanal pasta is crafted in small batches in Sicily from 100% organic Sicilian heirloom durum wheat semolina. We use the ancient wheat varieties Timilia and Russello, which have been part of the agricultural heritage and Sicilian biodiversity for hundreds of years.
